We came to Napa on a couples trip and decided to try Napa Valley Country Wine Tours. Zidal “Z” was our driver and made our tour so much fun!!! He started by communicating with us to make sure we knew where to meet him. My husband was in a wheelchair and Z was very helpful getting him in and out of the bus and wineries. He was attentive and made sure we were always comfortable and had what we needed. He encouraged us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and offered to take pics of our group. We had a wonderful time and Z made it perfect for us!!!! We would not hesitate to go on another tour with him.

We scheduled this tour to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The tour was all worth it and more because it’s like we attended a party in the bus. There were music all through our tour and it was a fun group since there were other birthdays too. Our driver Z is great! This tour is truly recommended!

I put in a refund request stating how the guests were drunk, dancing, screaming and club music was blasting. When I say screaming, I am not exaggerating. I also want to state we had to lyft back because one more minute in that hell would trigger my ptsd. I wanted a nice relaxing wine day and what I got was a complete nightmare. Avoid this trashy party bus
