We did this for as a surprise for my Mums 60th Birthday. All staff were amazing and could not of done any more to make my mum feel special. They made sure they took lots of photos of us in front of the helicopter on our own personal phones. They wanted her up the front with the pilot however, there was a single man there so he had to go in the front. No big deal as my mum would prefer to share her experience all next to her two daughters. The tour itself was amazing and you won’t find close up views of the city like it. Our pilot was very informative and was polite and talked to us about the city throughout. Take off and landing was smooth and for our first heli ride felt very safe and smooth throughout. At the end the staff made an effort to bring my mum back to the helicopter and allow her to sit in the cockpit and have photos taken on our personal phone which was a lovely touch. Thank you to all at HeliNY for making this experience one to remember, it’s the little touches as well as the actual activity that make it!

We had an excellent experience! Due to bad weatherforcast, we asked te reschedule, which was no problem at all. The welcome was friendly and after a short safetymovie, we were ready to go. Friendly pilot too, who gave some explaining. There is so much to see that it is probably better to know the city already because then it's easyer to recognize the highlights already (that's what we did). We took a private ultimate tour (because we're 5), although the heli had only place for 5 guests so that was a bit sour... One tip: in the helicopter it is extremely warm so jackets and scarves are totally unnecessary ;-) Thanks to the team!

The view is jaw-dropping! The headphones cancel all noises and you can chat with your fellow passengers. Our pilot was very nice and experienced. We flew over the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River. It was so beautiful, I want to do it again!
