The tour in itself was simply amazing! Very smooth starting and landing. And the view was breathtaking. It was my first time flying a helicopter and I‘ll have to do it again because the experience and feeling was that amazing. But it was kind of a rip of that they take a couple of pictures of you in front of the helicopter and for 40$ you can get the digital version of JUST ONE of the pictures…

We're happy to hear that you had an amazing experience flying with us! Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you feel our picture pricing is expensive, but our rates are competitively priced for attractions in NYC.

I loved my experience. It was very fun, safe, & enjoyable, and I had a great time flying in the front. The doors were securely closed and the view was excellent. I highly recommend trying this out!

4 of us booked in advance for the Ultimate tour advertised at the time 25-30 minutes which we paid £185 for, opposed to £110 for the 15 minutes basic!! 3 out of 4 people first time in a helicopter, the flight was good, saw the big sights of NYC, pilot was good but only at pointing out the obvious! We were in the air for 14 minutes, another couple were in the helicopter with us so when we landed I asked them what they had booked: the basic flight at $110 each!!!!! I then went to the booking clerk and asked him which tour we had - after much discussion (not in English) he said we had the Ultimate, I told him we were only in the air 14 minutes and the other couple had booked the basic, he responded that they were lucky as they got to fill our helicopter. We paid £185 for the Ultimate so whatever you want just book and pay the least possible- don’t waste your money, you don’t get what you paid for!!!

We're sorry to hear that you feel as if you did not receive the package for which you paid. As I advised in private, upon investigation I concluded that you did indeed fly on the Ultimate tour. I spoke with the Desk Manager who remembers speaking with you and confirmed to you that you flew on the Ultimate tour immediately after the flight. The Ultimate tour is advertised as 17-20 minutes variable flight time which includes the moment the helicopter takes off until the helicopter lands back on the helipad and varies depending on air traffic in the area. It flies from the heliport over to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and then goes north on the Hudson River flying past the skyline and Central Park to the George Washington Bridge and the northern tip of Manhattan. Regarding the other passengers on your flight, we do reserve the right to upgrade passengers at our discretion. This isn't common but does happen on occasion. As my colleague advised the other passengers were lucky to be upgraded in this case.
