One Note: As I arrived, I could not present proof of purchase via email. I was emailed a flight reservation but I could not simply download this to my phone. I copied the email to MS-Word & converted it to a .pdf. It would be helpful if the staff simply verified the passengers Last Name via proof of a driver's license, etc. No staff member gave me a problem- but this is a suggestion. There are no COVID Vaccinations to present to the staff; however, you need to sign a waiver. The entire flight was supreme! A few weeks prior, I was hesitant; yet, I am glad I changed my mind! The staff/crew/pilot were all very courteous. As the passengers enter the Downtown Manhattan Heliport- they may store their bags/belongings in a locker & watch a 3-1/2-minute safety video. No pun intended, after takeoff, this 20-25 minute voyage flies by! Time elapses quickly above the Hudson River. I went when the winds were close to 30-mph. It was awesome to see One World Observatory, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, the Hudson Piers, the New Jersey Side, & Yankee Stadium. This was money well-spent! Do It!
