Glorious day to be up in the air above this great city. Well organised and we were looked after. The pilot was so knowledgeable about all the places we flew over - so much so it was difficult to take it all in. Would we do it again ? Yes - of course.

Our pilots are some of the best and a great asset to us! We'd love to see you again next time you're in New York City!

The experience had potential to be great but two seats in the helicopter are backwards facing the whole time so I was disappointed. They say it’s random based on weight and balancing the helicopter but it still doesn’t mean it’s fair. Nice views if I wouldn’t have to be turned around the whole time to see them. I have done 7 sightseeing helicopter rides in the various cities I have traveled and this was the only one with rear facing seats. For this level of money, everyone should be facing forward for maximum experience and the seats that are facing backwards should be less money because they are no where as desirable.

Thank you for your review! We fly Bell 407s and have 2 backward facing seats in the seating configuration. We fly many passengers in the backward facing seats and we feel that it still has an equal view of the city and all of its wonders!

Amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The place was very structured and in order. Every staff member was in communication with each other and very organized. I would def recommend it to my friends and family. Also the pilot was a very good driver and the ride was very stable and very enjoyable!
