We had a great time. Saw way more dolphins and whale than expected. Captain even took extra time to make sure that we saw a whale even when our time was up!

Never was able to get on boat as there was no parking available in a 5 mile radius. One rep was rude, but offered to put us on wait list for next boat out, but would not let us reschedule for a later time. Only parking available in town was $50 valet parking. Approached the other customer rep who was very nice and gave me tickets to use another time. Town has no parking so don’t go on the weekend. Only other option would have been to park outside of town and Uber in and back. Disappointing.

6 of us joined Capt Alex for a Whale/Dolphin watching tour. I was a bit thrown by the fact that we were not wearing life vests (when I inquired he said they were under my seat so we knew where they are IF we needed them) and then ZOOM we were off at a fast speed - could barely open my eyes with the strong winds. We were thrilled to see a small whale and also to see a school of dolphins. Because our boat was so small we were able to maneuver and get the best views and at times we felt like we could reach out and touch the dolphins. Amazing experience!!
