Cave of the Winds

Then, descend 175 feet (53 meters) to the famed ‘hurricane deck’ to feel the thunder of the Falls at the amazing Cave of the Winds exhibit (while in season).

Maid Of The Mist

After pickup from your hotel in a comfortable, air conditioned sightseeing vehicle, set off with your expert guide on a fun-filled day of sightseeing. During this 6-hour tour, see all of the main attractions of this area. Enjoy a wet and wild cruise aboard the Maid of the Mist boat, operating seasonally (mid May to October)*. Please note: The Maid of the Mist portion of this tour departs from the US side of Niagara Falls. All customers booking this tour must have appropriate documentation to enter the United States and Canada. *Operating dates of the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are approximate and dependent on winter/ice conditions

From the get go this company provides exceptional customer service and makes it easy to book tours. Planning a vacation for a family of three is stressful and can be daunting. I called Over The Falls and spoke to Dawn. She was very kind and had a welcoming voice. I knew I was in good hands the second she said hello. She helped us with any booking questions or general questions. We were worried that my wife’s passport would not come in in time for our trip. Dawn assured me we could book the American side tour and switch it to the Canadian side once my wife’s passport came. She was always quick to respond to our questions. Exceptional service. Our flight to Buffalo from New York was delayed a couple hours and my wife and I were panicking because we would not make it on time for our private tour causing us to miss a lot of our tour. Over The Falls moved their private tour time for us to ensure we would not miss a thing! They even helped us book a hotel for us being that we could not get a later flight home that same evening! Finally, our tour guide was absolutely amazing. Neva is truly a one of a kind human being and is a shining reminder that there are still good people out there in the world. She was so bubbly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. She made us feel safe. She was extremely knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed all the history she shared with us throughout the trip. She was also a very safe driver and not once did I feel unsafe. She took pictures for us, held my backpack so it would not get wet at Niagara Falls. Neva and I got along so well and she was hilarious. She had so many jokes that weren’t forced and really made me laugh. She was so personable and knew so many people stateside and in Canada. I would love to be her friend! Once the tours were over and after dinner, she drove us to our hotel and she made sure we had everything. She said, “I’m gonna miss you guys.” I legitimately felt so sad and choked up a bit. The connection and friendship that developed between Neva and my family within a day was so genuine. The next day we even had a driver, whose name was also Dawn, pick us up and took us to the airport. I never leave reviews. For me it’s too much effort. However, from start to finish this company exceeded my expectations. Every single person we interacted with was so pleasant and really made us feel as though we were family. I highly recommend this company for your Niagara Falls tours. If ever we were to go back to Niagara Falls, we would book with them again just to say hi and spend some time with the folks at Over The Falls!
