It was a disappointment, they had to cancel my date,gave no reason why, this was a once in a lifetime trip with my friend and her children, they wanted to reschedule it for the 13th, already had things scheduled, so could not go and learn hands on history 😢

There have been problems with the USS Arizona Memorial boat breaking down and we contacted every guest to let them know what was happening. Our responsibility is to make sure every guest gets the best experience possible and re-scheduling was the only way to ensure that. We do not put our people into the standby line like the other companies, we hope you can understand that.
