driver was about 10 min. early and said it was no big deal, we came down to lobby in about 5 min. He was very friendy but professional. Used Viator in London last year and very pleased as well.

The driver on the way out was good, but wasnt there when we landed! Driving on the way back was rude and very blunt about tipping. Not friendly.

Carmel Limo sent me a driver who hardly spoke English.
The driver insisted that I'll pay him with my credit card additional 29.20 tolls and tip.
Now, the tolls according to Felix from Carmel Limo are 18.45, but they charged me 19.
That is if those guys actually pay tolls. From NYC to Newark airport there are no tolls at all, and if the driver takes passengers on his way back to NYC he makes the new passengers pay the tolls
I was forced to tip the driver 10.20 even though he didn't deserve any tip, but I had a flight to catch so I couldn't stay there and argue.
And then Carmel Limo emailed me the bill:
Basic Fare: 51.00
Tolls: 19.00
Gratuity: 10.20
Total: 80.20
Well, my Voucher's Basic Fare was 61.20, not 51 !!!! A 10.20 difference

So check your bill carefully if you book a future ride with Carmel Limo. Or even better - do not book a ride with them. I won't.
