This was a Trip Advisor algorithm gone right. A day or two before our visit to Bryce Canyon I received an email asking me if I wanted a last-minute tour. We booked a tour with Oscar and it was one of the best things we have ever done. He was so passionate and took us on a winter hike we would have never done on our own. I thought a visit to Bryce in the winter was going to be a bust, but we were very pleased. By the way, if you visit their website and it says they are booked - call them.

Bryce Canyon at the end of Feb-1st of March might be chilly, but, without all the traffic & crowds, it adds to the serenity of this creation! Our guide Oscar helped us understand how this place was created geologically, and, his enthusiasm and love for the canyon was obvious. We'd highly recommend his services and enjoyed our tour.
