This did not disappoint. We did not expect there to be numerous other balloons take off with us which just added to the beauty and awe of the ride. Gorgeous evening and sunset.. so sad that soon they will no longer be taking off from Del Mar. thank you for such a memorable moment in life!!!

We chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a sunrise hot air balloon ride. It's a very early start (5:15am) and takes a little while to get the balloon inflated and fully set up, but once you're up in the air, it's simply breathtaking. The views were stunning and it's such a relaxing experience. We went from floating right over a citrus grove, with the bottom of the basket just brushing the tops of the branches, all the way up to 2000 feet. There were a lot of other balloons in the sky too which provided some fantastic photo opportunities. The ride itself was about an hour in duration. Our captain, David, was extremely knowledgeable both the weather and balloon flight, and was also able to point out different vineyards and other points of interest that we could see during the flight. Once we landed again, we returned to where we started, where there was a light breakfast of fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, mimosas, tea, coffee, and cocoa provided. Highly recommended!

Although waking up at 4.15 AM is very tough, we enjoyed the ride to winery with full moon. Every member of the crew is very nice.. had a great ride over the wineyards ... Even though its a last minute plan for us , these guys made it a wonderful experience for us ... balloon ride, light breakfast ..... Thankyou guys for everything ....
