Games are recommended for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
No food or drink can be taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
The Escape Game experiences are very different from what you typically see in other escape rooms. These games aren't scary or dark. They are exciting, adventurous, and something all guests can enjoy.

My crew decided to hit up the Escape Game experience one evening at The Island at Pigeon Forge. We did the Mission Mars room and it was great! The theming was fantastic and with six of us, we were able to play through pretty well. We did use some hints, but overall the ease of play was at a decent level for people in their 20s-30s. We actually liked it so much, we went back and did 2 more rooms the next night. (20% discount for the second 2 games because we booked within 24 hours of our last game.) Everyone was very nice and helpful. The game assistants were all very helpful!

I personally have participated in doing some escape rooms and have enjoyed them in the past but not as much as what I experienced here at The Escape Game at Pigeon Forge! I was with 6 other friends we started with the Marz mission and we discovered that level of detail that went into the various puzzles was really impressive! We ended up doing 2 more rooms throughout our trip in part because of the 20% off the next room but mostly because of the experience we were having.

My 2 daughters and I had SOOO MUCH FUN working together as a team to solve the puzzles to escape prison. Most fun I had with my girls in a long time. We escaped in 58:04!!!
