What To Expect

St. Philip's Church

This is where it all begins. We have photographic evidence of 2 different spirits at this location that we will tell you all about. Sometimes things happen here that are not explainable and our customers are left with vivid thoughts of what just happened.

The Powder Magazine

We tell you about the ghosts that inhibit the magazine and sometimes have noises happen from the inside.

Ghost tour was AMAZING!!! Our guide Trisha was SPECTACULAR from the minute we started. We were all hooked from the minute she started talking. This was no recite what I memorized tour. She told stories and and had pics to back up said stories. My 9 yr old was so fascinate. Trisha told her to keep taking pics during the tour and when we looked back at them later, we were completely floored by what she caught. We have since shared her pics with her. This tour is the real deal!!!

We had never been on a ghost tour before, and was excited to try one out. Tricia, our tour guide was so full of energy and knowledge about Charleston’s history and her experiences with the supernatural. The tour was intriguing and we got to see many beautiful structures as night came, and learned a lot about things we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. I would love to go on another tour with this company, and to learn even more about this city’s history.

Trish was so personal with her stories and told Us exactly what to look for to see signs of spiritual activity. Reviewing my pictures, I have definitely captured lots of activity! She was an incredible guide and I would do it all over again! I had my ten year old daughter with me on the tour and she absolutely loved it!
