This was definitely worth the trip. The crew was very knowledgeable about the Titanic. Also shared stories that we didn't know. They were also really good about having hand sanitizer everywhere around the ship. The picture girl was really good n actually took the time to watch for everyone smiling n not blinking. She took 3 pics just to get it right. I was very pleased with the pricing in the gift shop too. Was reasonable and I actually got a couple xmas gifts there!!! This is a must see for families visiting Pigeon forge!

The grand staircase. Everyone was so helpful and delightful. I'm glad we experienced the museum, we actually passed Pigeon Forge and came back just to do this experience, we are from Ohio and alot of my friends want to do this.
