It is best to get tickets in advance and make a reservation. We went at noon and they did have tickets for that day but they started at 2:30. There is plenty of parking. It is a self guided tour with a hand held unit to tell you what is going on. It does get crowded at some spots. The staff is great. They will be glad to answer any questions. The displays are great. There is an elevator if needed.

Was very disappointed, manly just pictures that you can see online. The recreations of rooms were pretty. Your not allowed to take any pictures.

It was a great experience for my whole family. We all had a great time. The actual water temperature when the boat sank was amazingly cold. It brings it into prospective. Thanks to all the workers and staff there!
