I visited TreeUmph with friends and teenagers and it was the most physically challenging thing I have done in a while. It was tough, but so much fun at the same time. While they have a course for younger ones (under 12), my personal opinion is that if you want to do the course too, then leave them home for another day. It is certainly fun for all. While there are guides stationed throughout, they are not there to baby you and walk you through every step. You manage yourself through the course which is great. They will come help and "rescue" you if needed, but beware as that means you are done and cannot continue on with the course with the exception of the zipline at the end.

We visited TreeUmph with my wife, daughter and toddler. My wife and daughter took off running. What a wonderful sight to see. My daughter was a bit apprehensive, but the positive nature of the staff helped her build her confidence quickly. By the end of the day she was not ready to leave. It truly is fun for many ages, as long as you are tall enough to reach. My daughter has a tough time on some, but she pushed through it. We'll definitely return!

Our family had an excellent time!! We were split between the junior and children's courses but that's okay - all had a great time. The guides were very professional and fun. The operation is very organized, we experienced very little 'wait' time as we moved through the training stations and onto the actual courses. Highly recommended for a unique activity.
