My friend and I went yesterday and had a great time. The guides were personable and present . You can tell they really enjoyed their jobs. Seemed to be an incredibly safe place and it's literally impossible to plunge to your death thanks to an ingenious magnetized double-locking clip set-up. Here's a few recommendations: - Spend the extra $4 and get the water. There's coolers set up at the end of each of the courses and trust me, you're going to need the water. - Skip the fingerless gloves they rent. Instead pick up some tight fitting garden gloves. Not the cheapy ones that are super baggy because those make it really hard to operate the little clips, but the tight ones. Whatever you get you need those finger parts. - Bicycle pants/shorts are the way to go. I wore regular shorts and spend the day tugging my pants out of the harness. There's a safe place you can leave keys so don't worry about pockets. - Bring a picnic lunch because there are shaded areas to rest and eat. We did not do this and started at 10:30. Because of the long wait (see below) we didn't get done until 3pm and were famished. - Call ahead and make sure there are no school groups before you book. We got stuck behind a huge group of like 30 kids and it was absolutely miserable. Apparently that's common for a Friday so beware!! I ended up buying a season pass so I'll be back!!

Greetings and thanks so much for climbing with us, purchasing a resident pass, and taking the time to write a detailed review. I'm so glad to hear you had a great time climbing and found our guides to be pleasant and upbeat. You've made some great suggestions for our future guests and we agree that staying hydrated is super important, especially as we begin our summer season. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you throughout the upcoming year! -Ashley M.

We had a great time at TreeUmph. The course was challenging and well thought out. I enjoyed that the obstacles increased in difficulty but did not make it discouraging to keep going. i would have given it a five but i felt there could have been more staff along the course. The staff we did work with were patient and on top of things and quick to respond to any needs. Overall it was great and I would do it again.
