To keep the audio synced, it’s essential to start from the set starting point and follow the speed limit shown on the app—since it’s a GPS-triggered tour, even a slight detour can cause the stories to play out of sync. The good news is the tour is valid for a year after booking, so you can always give it another try. If you have any doubts about this audio tour purchase, please hear me out. Get it! Get it now. I was so skeptical at first, not sure if i could follow up with it the audio but It worked perfectly. We loved the stories of the culture, history and learning about the different landmarks. It even gave recommendations on where to stop for bathroom breaks and light refreshments. I can go on and on about this audio tour. But trust me you can't go wrong. The instructions I got from online search was nothing compared to the guided audio tour. I usually don't leave reviews but for this..... I had to.

Talk doesn’t coordinate with drive and you have to push the talk buttons yourself and we didn’t know when to push them. We didn’t have any idea where the points of interest were on our drive. Useless money spent.

To ensure a smooth experience, please enable the settings on your smartphone and start from the designated starting point so the tour can automatically trigger as you drive. Following the speed limit and staying on the route helps keep the narration in sync. If stops are selected manually, the audio won’t flow as intended, and you’ll need to manually select the next stops as well. Try closing and restarting the app. You can still use the tour, as it’s valid for a year after booking. If you need assistance, my support team is available from 5 AM to 5 PM EST to help you!
