This was easily the best tour we have ever been on! It’s educational and fun for both kids and adults. The farms are beautiful and we are able to meet so many amazing animals. Shawn is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely this tour again next time we are in Lexington so that we can share the experience with family members that couldn’t join us today!

In a nutshell it was boring. Our guide was nice and had a lot of statistics to share which was great if all you wanted was cost of horses and race earnings and various stud fees but I thought there’d be more interaction at the farm itself. Maybe if the tour only went to one farm and spent time with grooms or vets or trainers. Anyway disappointed- the horses were beautiful.

Our tour guide Shaun was so knowledgeable and made the trip fun, even during the pandemic. He knows the ins and outs of the horse racing industry and even knows many of the owners and horses. We would definitely recommend this tour to everyone. Was one of our highlights.
