I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your agency regarding my recent travel booking. This trip was highly anticipated and meticulously planned, with all necessary arrangements made well in advance. However, to my utter dismay, I received a notification at the last minute informing me that my reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. This unexpected cancellation has caused significant inconvenience and distress, disrupting my travel plans and leading to both personal and financial repercussions. I understand that overbooking can occasionally occur, but I believe it is the responsibility of the travel agency to manage bookings efficiently and communicate promptly to avoid such last-minute disruptions. In this case, the notice provided was not only untimely but also left me with limited alternatives and additional expenses.

They get you really close to all the attractions but there is a surprise on the way back to NYC. A view of the city to die for. Save some battery life on your phone/camera!

The guide Carlos was excellent, the sites have been seen according to the plan. The only minus was a broken bus which we had to change 2 times.
