Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

Mike, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and had years of experience which allowed us to enjoy a safe and fantastic trip down the Pigeon River. Our group of five really appreciated his sense of humor! The trip started on time and the bus trip to the starting point was super short allowing us to spend the majority of our time on the river. I love the fact that they shot several photos of us as we traveled down the river and purchasing the flash drive with the photos on it was extremely reasonable. The staff was first class, friendly, and quick to dispel any fear for first timers. We highly recommend this company!!!!

Our guide Elton was so knowledgeable about the river and did a great job of making everyone feel at ease for their first trip water rafting. Our family had a blast and we thank you so very much!! We will definitely be back to your new location!! Thanks for everything again!

Had a blast traveling down the Pigeon River with Big Creek Expeditions. The guides were knowledgeable and very professional. Each trip starts with a safety lecture and all the guides were wearing masks in public. They took care of us as we went down the river with two adults and three kids (Ages 10, 10 and 8). We had so much fun that went down a 2nd time later that day. Fish and Steve were our guides and would recommend them to anyone! Could not of asked for a better experience.
