Nous partirons de notre quai au Pier 66 Bell Harbour Marina, puis mettrons les voiles pour une croisière de 2 heures dans le Puget Sound.

So our appointment was at 1 pm and we got there at 1:01. The older lady in the check in tent told us we were late and we can’t get on the ship. We asked about the next available time which was 4 pm and the lady stated” I don’t know if you can get on that one either but come back and check with me in 2 hours.” So we got on the 4 pm after waiting 3 hours. We boarded at 3:45 and the ship didn’t sail til 4:05. The captain of the ship was still waiting for others to get on and the total number of people that went on the ship ride were 10. Then when we got on it started to rain and the whole ride we were drenched in water. I am not complaining about the sail trip but the inconvenience that the lady caused us. She told us we can’t get a refund and that we were not confirmed for 4 pm. She knew that only 10 people were going to get on the 4 pm and still she refused to give us a answer and made us wait. The capacity of the ship was 90 people. We were worried about the money we spent and not getting a refund nor getting on at 4 pm. It’s one thing to be late but to have poor communication and not even offering a refund is lack of customer service skills.

The crew was awesome! You couldn't ask for better hosts. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely a must do.

Gorgeous views, totally relaxing, loved feeling the gentle sway of the boat, drinking great local wine and all crew members friendly, fun to talk to and very attentive
