Here is the brief: Picked up at 8:10 For the next 30 min driver was trying to find a place for us since “there were 150 people and not enough busses”. Finally we were pawned onto other tour bus. The only seating was at the back bench, above ac unit blasting a warm air. Next stop, now 9:30, to rent a snorkel equipment. At around 9:55 we finally at the first scheduled stop. I only say that because my fellow passenger had shared my new itinerary with us. Having no ac on the bus felt like a torture. There were 3 observation points stops and one souvenir shop stop. A lots corny jokes from a driver that were getting lost in oppressively hot bus. There was an attempt to teach us some Hawaiian. For some reason I remember lolo, a dumb, and that’s exactly how I felt wasting my precious vacation. 2:00 pm paid lunch and by providence another bus tour driver ‘fixed’ our ac. That our driver, must not know how to properly turn on. 3:45 after seems passing endless bays with calm clear water, we at most rugged, rocky beach. Yes we did see promised turtles, but only few of us dared to go for a swim. 4:20 stop at Dole pineapple farm, that closes at 4:30. Unremarkable quite time in a typical rush hours traffic, puts back at our hotel at 6:30 Please give my day back!

This was an awfully organized and managed event with rude and unqualified staff. It wasted one precious day of our vacation. What we expected to be a joyful experience turned to be a torture and waste. I try to be accurate and fair here about the details. 1- We got in a Ford minibus without A/C for half a day. Around noon, it turned into a burning oven that annoyed everyone. This was when we realized that the driver did not know how to turn the A/C switch on!! Amazing, ha!? 2- The driver is the tour guide -- there is no professional guide. Our driver was named Henry. I cannot describe how rude and unprofessional he was. From the early morning he started berating a passenger who complained about the packed bus. Not only rude, naive, and uneducated, he was adamant and ignorant. He resisted several times to communicate with his manager about the A/C condition. He lied to us that he has done so, and there is no solution so we have to bear on, as if we are animals. It was really intolerable to pay for a service and face the attitude of a driver who does not know how to switch on A/C. 3- The minibus was packed full with only 4 seats unused. A passenger complained that he is not comfortable seating next to another passenger and the impolite driver berated him. 4- The tour is not well organized. We wasted around an hour to pick up snorkeling gears while no one used them at the end -- there is a beach stop that really does not need snorkeling gears. There are a few scenery stops but nothing extra special. Lunch stop is nothing high quality or fancy. You can rent a car and get the same experience and much more with more comfort and efficiently. 5- I shared all the comments with the manager and he was very professional and apologetic. I hope that he takes these comments seriously to add to the quality of his service. It is unfortunate that the tourism service industry in such a beautiful nature and rich market lacks basic elements of quality and respect. Please do not see your customer as cash machines and respect and care about what you do.

My family of 9 ranging from 6 to 76 had such a great day. Our Captain, Vince was so much fun. He showed us hidden treasures all over the island. I don’t know if you can request a driver but if you can I would definitely recommend him. Lunch was great. We ate shrimp in a grassy area near the beach. I wish the beach had better showers but that’s more a complaint on the beach, not the tour. One piece of advice...make sure you have cash. Lunch was cash only and we also made a stop at a fruit stand. We did go by a atm but it’s just easier if you have it from the start.
