Tour started almost 90 minutes late because they waited for people. Skipped the diamond head look out, spent five minutes at the blowhole and 20 minutes at a random Store that was not listed on the itinerary. Driver at times was funny but mostly very inappropriate. Worst tour EVER

May 2021
To begin our day we were the first stop to pick up and the tour guide was 20 mins late. The van was dirty and had not been cleaned from previous tour because there was sand in the seat and floor of van. At every stop he had to call someone with the company and ask who the next pick up was because there was no pick up list. It took the tour guide an hour and half to go to five stops 3 of which were one street over from the next. The tour guide continuously talked about how poorly the tour van was made and also about traffic laws. When he did finally stop talking about different traffic laws then he continued to repeat how much property cost. We stopped at a few overlooks which were nice and we were able to get nice pictures but then we had to get back in the van to listen to more traffic laws and property value. We made it to the Dole Plantation at 4:27. The tour guide told us to hurry and get off the van inside so they couldn’t lock us out. The plantation closes at 4:30. The workers inside of course hurried us right back out the other door and everyone sat in the parking lot waiting on our tour guide for 30 minutes. We never made it to the coffee farm. We were finally dropped off at our hotel at 7:45. We didn’t get to do much of what was listed on the tour and had to spend extra time with the tour guide because he continued to ramble about nonsense the whole time. He never gave any historical information about the island or the places we were driving by. He just complained about the van and kept repeating traffic laws the whole time. I would not recommend this group for the all day tour. It says that there is a cooler available on the van but there really isn’t. So practically the whole ad for this tour is false. I did see other groups with other company’s doing the tour and theirs seemed to be going smoothly and they were enjoying themselves. I just felt stuck and wanted to get off the van and figure out a way back to the hotel at one point.

I'm sorry you experienced this. Who was your driver? We don't drop off at 7:45PM though so I think you may have left a review for a separate company.
