The experience was without a guide as described in the brochure, there was a driver who was not prapared to explain about the Gran Canyon and other places included in the trip and his english was not adequate to be a tour guide. We waited for a pick up car with seven palces and he arrived with a car with 5 palces later then on our: the appointment was at Horseshoe hotel Las Vegas at 5:30 a.m and he arrived at 6:30 a.m. . I believe to require a refund for this trip.

Very disappointed with the advertised tour description, in the "about" section of this tour it mentions that we would stop at Hoover Dam when in fact we drove past it twice not stopping each time and only managed a fleeting glimpse of the Hoover Dam through coach window at night. In addition, the booking confirmation email, photo showed a tower overlooking the Grand Canyon, but on our tour we didn't see this at all. The tour images and description are misleading which have left us let down by what we were expecting. Furthermore, the fact that there isn't a private contact section to enquire about this issue is disgraceful. We spent hours trying to contact you on our holiday which has ruined it for us. After reading this please contact us ASAP.
