The stage is set in a hidden venue. Five professional actors meet as members of The Drunk Shakespeare Society. One of them has 5 shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform a major role in a Shakespearean play. Hilarity and mayhem ensue while the four sober actors try and keep the script on track. Every show is different depending on who is drinking... and what they're drinking!

Craft cocktails and food are served throughout the show. Running time is 90 minutes with no intermission. Drunk Shakespeare is on a limited run so get your tickets today! Entry is strictly 21+

I really enjoyed this show. I love being able to be that close to actors performing. It is something special about watching them go into and hold character while still interacting with the audience. The show was very entertaining and a lot of fun with all the audiance involvement.

Had an amazing time! The actors are very engaging and talented. The most creative way I have ever seen Macbeth performed.

Okay, so I live in NYC, however when one of my best friends came to visit we decided to brave the touristy midtown and find ourselves at Drunk Shakespeare. This show was so much fun. As a New Yorker, I would recommend this to anyone. Even other New Yorkers. Yeah, that’s right. Even to other New Yorkers. It’s R-rated (don’t bring your kids to a show with drunk in the title), but would be awful it it weren’t. Do yourself a favor and go to Drunk Shakespeare. Take a date and get laid or don’t get laid, but you will if you see this show with a date.
