Experience Fredericksburg's Best Wine Trolley aboard our Air Conditioned and Heated Wine Trolleys.

All Inclusive 3 Wineries and Lunch - Winery stops include tasting fees at 3 popular wineries and a delicious lunch. Our hosts take care of you and your reservations at each popular winery. Return to the Visitor's Center with all the wonderful memories, new friends, wine and souvenirs collected along the way.

Our pickup location is at the Visitors Center - centrally located in the midst of the Historic/Shopping District with free parking.

Wineries visited will be three of the following: Barons Creek, Texas Wine Collective, Hye Meadow, Blue Lotus, Becker Vineyards, 12 Fires, Hilmy, Longhorn Cellars, the Rhinory, Texas Heritage, 290 Wine Castle, Wildseed, Los Pinos, Safari, Fiesta and more!

Please note: for very small groups under 8 people, we may use a luxury coach for your comfort. Please advise if anyone is mobility impaired or has dietary restrictions.

We had a wonderful time. Paul our driver and Jamie our tour guide were great as well. Both were polite and funny

Everything was good, we just wish they would have asked about our dietary needs. The best winery was the Blue Lotus, Dan made us feel welcome and entertained us.

So glad you enjoyed your day! We hope you will join us again - and when you book online with us, there is a space that asks the following: "Does anyone in your party have dietary restrictions? If so, please enter any information regarding these restrictions below." I will also work with our Viator partners to make certain this appears on their sites as well. Our schedule team also attempts to contact each person who reserved for their menu options. We need a good contact phone number when you book to be able to reach you. Thank you for calling this to our attention.

Cons: Barely understood what the lady was saying while pouring out wine at the 1st winery (Hye), even after several attempts to ask her to repeat what she was saying. Plus they sat a big group of family/friends next to our table (they were loud); ours consist of mainly strangers. They could’ve moved them a little farther away - there was plenty of tables. Then the food allergies of my husband was not honored. I asked the driver James about it while they were handing out our boxed lunches but he had no clue. Our confirmation email listed the allergies I’ve specifically mentioned when we booked our tour. Plus I also added as a reminder when I placed the food order with Michelle. My husband was embarrassed to complain about it right there and then. And he had no other choice for food. After eating lunch, he didn’t feel good. He ended up dumping a lot of his wine and almost didn’t make it to the end of the second tasting at Kalasi. 3rd winery (Slate Mill) seemed not prepared for us when we first arrived. The place was busy. It seemed like more of a sales pitch. We thought every winery we’ll be visiting will have 5-6 types of wines but this one only provided 3 tastings. No tour of the vineyards. I wish they told us which wineries we would visit at least a day before the tour so we won’t expect much. Pros: People and staff were friendly.

Hello Philmr27 - Thank you for the compliments on our staff, and all of us involved regret that you were disappointed in any way as it is our goal to provide an enjoyable, fun tour to our guests. The wineries assign their server and table seating based on their staffing and on how busy they are. Although we are not always able to request a move, we will certainly let the winery know. As you mentioned, we did note your dietary restrictions when we ordered your lunch. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. We take our guests dietary needs very seriously. James offered to get your husband a different meal option but he declined the offer. We have notified the restaurant that they failed to meet your needs and truly apologize for this. We are issuing a credit for your husband's lunch. Our Wine Trolley tour includes "a visit to 3 wineries, tasting fees, and lunch included" but we do not promote a vineyard tour. We want to invite you back and if you mention that you would like to tour a vineyard, we will do our best to accommodate your hopes.
