My partner and I went on a whale watching, kayak and snorkeling tour. Robbie was very helpful and taught us some cool information about the whales, reefs, and Hawaii history. We even spent a little extra time out because we had some whales get closer to us! This was hands down my partner and I’s favorite part of our trip!

Make sure you verify that your tour is taking place with the tour operator. Zephyr “cancelled “ our tour but did not notify us or Viator so we wasted 2 hours driving to the designated meeting point and then searching for them. We tried to contact Zephyr directly and got no response. After we contacted Viator demanding a refund we did get a call and they agreed to refund our money. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience as we were so looking forward to this.

Aloha. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. We will take fault on this for those reading. We tried to reach out while they were in Hana, we did not follow up as we should have. This is something that will not happen again to our guests. We did offer a full refund and asked if they would like to re book for free. We can understand your frustration.
