Owner is very accommodating knowledgable and fun. Just follow his advice and instructions and you will have an awesome time. He takes video and sound recordings of the humpback whales to share. Kyaking was in double ocean kayak which is a mild to moderate effort and we had a pretty calm day and whales broke surface all around us. Turtle and fish were abundant in the snorkel portion after the whales stopped playing for us. Try it and enjoy!

Did a Tuesday morning turtle snorkeling/whale watching tour in January. Our guide Roger was awesome, very outgoing and upbeat, and was very knowledgeable about the area and the whales. We got to see a bunch of whales (at least 4-5 different pods) which was sweet. We did a fair bit of kayaking around to see the whales, and spent some time snorkeling to see the turtles. At $49 a person, this was by far the cheapest kayak snorkeling tour, would definitely recommend Roger to anyone else looking to do the same!

Roger is a passionate guide and well-versed in all things having to do with the ocean topography and marine life. He has a great sense of humor and provided a thrilling kyak excursion. We saw both sea turtle up closes and personal as well as humpback whales out in the distance. if you enjoy snorkeling and kayaking, Maui Adventure Tours is the tour for you.
