Awesome service! From the shuttle bus ride, the check-in window, welcoming crew, photographer and most importantly Joseph the bartender-waiter who was excellent. All that said this made the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe a more memorable experience.

The emerald Bay Cruise was pretty cool, but don't buy it through TripAdvisor buy it right there at the gate 75 bucks $99 on TripAdvisor 🤪

Tour operator (Aramark - S&E - Dixie II) never picked us up at the agreed upon pick up spot (even though they confirmed with me the pick up location a few days prior to the sailing). As a result, we missed the sailing. When I tried calling the tour operator, they were no help at all. My advise to anyone wanting to do a Lake Tahoe cruise, is go with a different tour operator (NOT Aramark - S&E - Dixie II) to do the Lake Tahoe cruise. There are many other tour operators doing similar sailings without the crap customer service. They also do not work well with 3rd party booking companies (like Viator) just fyi.
