Get the most of your visit to Niagara Falls with this immersive sightseeing experience that includes our guided tour, as well as admission to Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist. Throughout your tour, expect to discover facts about this world-famous natural attraction from your guide, a lifelong lover of Niagara Falls state park. This family-friendly and ADA-compliant tour takes you to observation decks to view the Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. You can also expect tickets to Cave of the Winds and a boat ride on the world-famous Maid of the Mist. Founded in 1846, the Maid of the Mist has hosted royalty, celebrities, and soon….YOU!

Awesome tour of the falls, up close and personal. Wear water shoes because you’re gonna get wet. Tour guide very knowledgeable.

The tour guide was disorganized. The entire tour was total chaos, from pick up to drop off. The rest of our group was late and he handled the entire situation very poorly. At one point there was an issue with paying to get in Maid of the Mist because he gave his credit card to another tour guide.

I am sorry you thought it would be ok to leave a family of 8 because they ran into some logistical problems, I do not think it is ok!!! There were two of you and if you were that inconvenienced because of a few minutes and selfishly feel leaving a family of eight with small children would have been the right thing to do I just have to question your humanity! We here at Niagara Regional Tours will not do that!!!! You made a comment that you came on vacation to relax!!! You came on a Saturday and Saturday is the busiest day of the week and sometimes we have to deal with lines so my suggestion to you is next time do not take a tour on Saturday in August. I stand by my decision to delay the tour and make sure that family was included in the tour. They did nothing wrong except misunderstood the directions and I was not going to ruin their day to make you happy...

Niagara Falls was on our bucket list and we finally made the trip. The beauty and power is spectacular. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and the tour took us to the major points much quicker than we could have gone on our own. Still plenty of time to soak it in.
