Luis picked us up ahead of scheduled time with a wonderfully clean and most comfortable vehicle. He made us feel safe and secure while driving very attentive to all other drivers. We felt absolutely safe and secure having Luis drive us to our destination.

I would highly recommend this service. I only gave them 3 stars because my husbands phone dropped out of his pocket when we were exiting to go into the airport. We realized this very quick and still in the same spot that the driver left us at. I called immediately to have him return. He stated he could not return because he was booked for another pick up. Now please keep in mind he should have checked the vehicle before pulling off. Also we scheduled the pick up for 3:30 and he arrived for 2:50pm. We were told we at least need an hour for travel from Cape Canaveral to MCO. So I expect that he shouldn't have been booked for another pick up if he was to be completing our trip. It took him 45 minutes to return with the phone. Upon contacting customer service they basically said kick rocks which was by text. The customer service line does not answer the phone. The drivers phone number is only accessible by text also his voicemail was full. Would I use this service again-Maybe - Make sure you double check yourself before they pull off. The driver was prompt and pleasant. Customer Service Dispatch needs to be coached on what good customer service truly is in this day and age.

We had a group of 10 family members returning from a cruise. I had pre-booked transportation through Viator and I'm so glad I did! The company texted me multiple updates on who the driver would be, his location, ETA and his cell number to contact him directly of we had any problems. I have used various transfers from Port Canaveral and visa-versa, but I will now always book with Viator and use Around the Click USA for transport - they were fantastic!
