Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose from a sedan transfer for up to three people, a sport utility vehicle (SUV) transfer that comfortably carries up to five passengers or a private van for up to 10 passengers. All vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors, climate control, and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle or ten for private vans. Rates are inclusive of taxes, airport and congestion fees, tolls and gratuity, no hidden fees.

We booked 9am pickup. My sedan scheduled it at 7am. We only found out when we checked booking with despatch office night before. That said the car and driver were excellent, Good service much better than a taxi

None, communication was not good. They gave a pick up time way before the time I asked for, so we ended up 1,5 hours early at the cruise terminal. No reaction on my questions about the pick up time, which I send through the app. They did communicate via the app only to let me know the chauffeur was waiting for us. Chauffeur was not friendly or helpful. Did not help us inside the car or ask if the climate was good (windows were open for some kind or reason). Was using his phone first half of the trip (not hands free). And did not set us off at the requested location. We had to walk 50 meters (of course no big trouble, but for a premium price we expected better).

Pick up was perfect. In fact a few minutes early. Driver, Jerry Harold, was super friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and kind. He made us feel very safe and cared for. He handled our luggage with care. He had beautiful soothing jazz music playing throughout the ride. We want to adopt him.
