My experience with Elife was awful. When we booked this, we booked an Expedition limo, what we got was a Toyota Sireena. The Driver wasn't even going to load our bags until one of the people in our group told him to. He drove crazy. If you are going to book a limo use Bell Limousine and ask for Justin.

Absolutely awful customer service. First, it’s an overpriced Uber. I had hunt down the driver in the parking garage on arrival. I got bumped for my flight home as I was getting picked up for the airport. Showed the driver the text from the airline showing I had been rebooked. Called customer service, sent the info to them as well. Was told that Becasue the airline rebooked my flight and didn’t cancel it I was out of luck. They wouldn’t even change it to the next day for me. And charged me as a no-show. Made an already stressful situation even worse. Orlando is who I spoke with and he was awful. I will never use them again!
