Bernard was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly where to go, gave us the chance to get out take pictures and was always there when we were ready to continue on our tour. We saw everything we wanted to see, if it was not for this tour we would have missed so much of DC. He had information to share and historical information that was relevant to all of us.

The ONLY reason this tour gets a star is because the tour guide was a very nice and pleasant person. Now for the reality. We were a group of 12. The van that showed up was old and dirty on the exterior. Nothing special inside; however, the vehicle's shocks were spent and anyone who was sitting in the two last rows most definitely were feeling it. I had to move as I already have back problems. Nothing close to luxury. We did not receive the bottled water as stated and not even after making the request of the driver (who said someone would be brining it.) The driver, and I continue to refer to him as such because this was NOT a tour, was very knowledgeable but most of us found it very difficult to understand him due to a combination of his accent and facemask. Not worth the time or money.

The title and description of this tour is misleading. We were a group of twelve and thought the vehicle accommodated our group size it was definitely NOT a luxury vehicle. The group in the back suffered for lack of shock absorbers. Water for all was supposed to be included for the passengers but was not provided - even after I inquired of the driver. The description also lists “private guides tour”, and though the driver accommodated our request to customize the tour he was very difficult to understand with the face mask and thick accent. There was no speaker so those in the back of the van could not hear at all. Definitely NOT worth the $100 per person.

NOT ACCURATE. We strongly object to the mischaracterization of this review. 1) Vehicle used for the tour was a 2019(15pax) Ford Transit in very Good Conditions. 2) Driver/Guide accommodates the request to customize the tour. 3) Guide’s are vetted and professional.Even though we come from different background, the Guide in this case speaks fluent English. 4) At every stop on the tour ,guide gave an oral and accurate history, even though some in the group didn’t participate. 5) Even though the group had a 3 hour tour,Guide spent and extra 30 minutes dropping the group at two different locations at the end of the tour. 6) The tour is PRIVATE because it caters to the group alone and not shared. 7)Vehicle was thoroughly cleaned in and out and inspected before leaving base for the tour. 8)We stand by our Products as advertised.
