This was a great experience for the family. The facts we learned about the area were interesting. The Segways let our group cover more ground than walking and they are a blast to ride! The tour guide knew so much about the area and was never short of fascinating information to supplement our adventure. Best way to visit the Pensacola downtown. If you're looking for something to do out of the mainstream, this is it.

On Jan 10th, 2022, we had a FANTASTIC tour of downtown Pensacola with Casey: the guys’ a true historian a d teacher! One of our party was a total noob with Segway, the other well-experienced. Casey adapted quickly and efficiently, verifying the experience and focussing on converting our noob into a proficient rider in minutes. The location was easy to find, easy to park, safe for training (and next to the brewery for after-ride festivities). He took us all over the downtown area, highlighting both older (1830s) and recent changes that make Pensacola a wonderful, beautiful, fun, and attractive mini-city. He was full of facts, and easily fielded all the questions. The tour even included time in a great park for a bit of racing time (although the Segways are extremely safe, governed to a manageable speed, and vulnerable only to poor driving.) This was my second time, and I learned still more. We will repeat this experience for any local or visiting friend who likes new experiences or getting a pedestrian eye view of a city in 360*. Segway is for anyone who can walk, stand, and step as high as a curb, and not terrified by the thought of something new. Thanks, Casey, and thanks, Emerald Coast Tours!
