Expected open top boat ride. Saw one crocodile . Saw much more on a swamp tour. Expected to glide over Reed beds ect. Crocodile show was OK ish .

Hello, We are sorry you didn’t meet your expectations in full. We can tell you that at the end of the dry season, the level of water is quite low. And when it reaches certain levels , the airboat ride is a bit compromised. The speed must be lower and cannot access some areas. That explains why it couldn’t go over Reed beds. It looks like this issue has lasted only few days, since the water lever is increasing now, thanks to the rain.

This tour is at the Everglades Holiday Park. Do yourself a favour and get yourself there then book direct. Close to 3 hours in the morning spent on the bus. We were told we needed masks (we didn't) and were sold them for $2 each. The airboat is nothing like the picture advertised. It's a large, wide and covered in boat seating around 30 people. Unless you're fortunate enough to be seated near the edge you have no visibility. The tour itself was slowly cruising around man made canals seeing very little. Just one gator appeared near the end. From there straight onto the gator show before needing to be back on the bus which left no time for food or the photo opportunity with the baby gators. Very disappointing and nothing like expected Get Outlook for Android

We are sorry for your experience. Its important to clarify the facts. This is a shared tour. We offer, as a courtesy, lots of pick up locations. This is a big plus , because you don’t have to report to any locations. If your pick up location is the first, you will be the last to be dropped off. In your case that’s what happened. We use most of the times a van , which is pretty small. Occasionally, depending on the volume of reservations , we must use a bus. A bus means more stops. That was your case. This explains why you were sitting long time. When we gave you the pick up informations, we told you clearly about the length of the activity. About the mask. In Miami is not mandatory and not required. But the driver still has them for anyone who wants it for $2. We don’t force to buy it. We are sorry if you got one and then you realized it was not needed. About the boat. I don’t know what picture you are referring to. The pictures are just for displaying purposes. They are not the ones exactly used for the tour. Also because there are different sizes too. We are on different platforms online , and each platform might use different images for display use only. Normally the boats have about 20-30 seats. On VIATOR the picture is a 24-seat boat. About the speed of the boat. Some periods of the year, especially at the end of the dry season , which is now in May, the water level is low. And the boats cannot speed too much. This is for the safety of the customers. We are very sorry about that. We want to be as transparent as possible to prevent any misunderstanding. We thank you for taking our tour.

We enjoyed the boat ride in the beautifull Everglades with our super tour guide Gary. He explained everything in a fun way. We saw some gators nearby which was thrilling to experience. The show afterwards was fun aswell.
