We booked this tour with anticipation but not very high expectations, but this tour definitly exceded our expectations. We were greeted by John who dressed the part of the grim reaper, staff and all. The stage was set as the streets were deserted and it was dark and John commenced telling paranormal stories that were backed up by proof. It was detailed and so well done. We highly recommend it as we thoroughly enjoyed it. Wear comfortable footware as you will be walkingand standing for a few hours. Our thanks to the host, John, for making this a memorable experience.

John was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed his tour. He was very enthusiastic! He kept us walking and found cover for us to stand under to avoid being rained on. He answered questions thoroughly and left us wanting to learn more Colorado Springs ghost history. It was a fun tour!

John the guide makes it engaging and he never stops. It was pouring rain and he always found spots along the tour to keep us out of rain without missing a beat! Lots of energy, you can tell he really enjoys what he does.
