A Little less talking about personal life. Some of it was interesting but it got to be too much. It was nice to stop by shops but it made it a little commercial to have us buy things at the shops. Tour operator was friendly and funny overall.

We were picked up at the cruise ship by a modern comfortable motor coach. The tour guide/ driver (Hank) was not only very knowledgable, but quite entertaining. We made frequent stops at attractions during the tour. Our favorites were the Thurston Lava tube and the Jaggar Center / volcano. Enjoyable tour, well worth the cost. Highly recommended!!

The tour itself was excellent, really enjoyed the guide and the 8-9 Stop’s was more than expected. The best stop was the volcano “tubes” or tunnels.
Problem with communication, not sure if viator or dynamic tour Hawaii, but information on voucher not accurate. Had 45 minute panic from bad info.
