We were interested in what the living was like for a person who lived in Alaska all year round., in addition to the sights. We got that in spades with the lady bus driver.

The bus was too big for many of the streets where better sites were located: governors house, Russian Orthodox Church, etc. Scenic points in one case was a view of the cruise ships. It would been better to hear more of the history, industry, and challenges of Juneau. The driver and guide were very nice but the tour as discussed by Viator was lacking

We are glad you took the time to post a review. TBMP (Tourism Best Management Practice) limits the area's we can take our guests, due to high levels of tourism vehicles going through residential streets. Different guides impart various information about Juneau and the surrounding area. I'll pass along the suggestion of adding more about Juneau's industry and the challenges our community faces.

We loved the experience. It was raining, and foggy, so we couldn’t see the glacier. However, we enjoyed the experience, and our tour Guide was fantastic! We recommend this tour 100%, totally worthy!
