Tour guides were professional and friendly. Wineries were beautiful and wine was plentiful. Participants would benefits if an announcement was made regarding remaining in your selected seats from beginning to end of tour.

This was overall a great experience. I appreciate the transportation to and from each vineyard. 1st location was okay. I wish staff was more enthusiastic when explaining the different wines. 2nd location was hands down THE BEST. Raphael staff were all amazing and super interactive. 3rd location should NOT be apart of this experience. The group collectively did not enjoy this location. We were given wine in saucer cups and told to find somewhere to sit on the lawn. We couldn’t sit as a group. It looked like it was family day with kids running around, nobody knew what they were drinking and staff did NOT engage with us at ALL at this location. Huge disappointment. I think this could easily become a five star if the third location is swapped for another location
