This neighborhood and its cemetery tells the story of New Orleans from the Louisiana Purchase to the Civil War. Stunning antebellum mansions, lush gardens, unforgettable stories, and beautiful photo opportunities await! We keep our group size under 12 guests to make in a fun, personal experience.

Great tour! The guide had great descriptions and anecdotes to bring the neighborhood to life. Highly recommend!

The guide was knowledgeable and very entertaining during the tour. It was a very small group so felt personalized even though much of the info would be the same regardless of group size. Renee was fun to walk around with and gave us a good tour of the area. Good value for the money and left knowing many new things about NOLA!

Thanks for leaving a review of your Garden District tour with Renee! She is an excellent storyteller and wonderful representative of her hometown, and, although some information is going to be the same for every tour, we are amazed at how much each tour is actually different! We have a huge bank of knowledge and stories, so there are so many directions our tours can take. However, this can only happen with a small group, so we keep our groups at 12 or fewer so everyone gets more out of their time walking with Lucky Bean. Please visit us again. Libby

We really enjoyed Josh’s knowledge of architecture and history. This was not one of those “fluff” tours filled with silly jokes and little information. Josh has studied and was able to answer all our questions.
