Driver was not at picknup lane, had to walk across traffic while he waved with a plastic sign. Cars were honking, driver did not open doors, car was not clean at all, is summer and AC was not on. The first thing the driver said as I loaded my family in the SUV was "tolls and tips" were not included in your fare, that's $35 additional!
An uber would have been cheaper! Terrible service too, had to call 3 times to find out if driver had arrived or was on his way.
