The driver hired to transport me did a good job at calling me a day prior to confirm the pick up time and location. Also, arrived on time to the hotel. However, as we approached the airport he asked me “ how did I pay?”. I responded stating “ I paid online”. Upon arrival to the airport the driver stated “ you pay tip or pay tip”. The drivers’ request for a tip made me feel uncomfortable because I felt pressured to tip the driver.
Tips are not required to be paid for any service. Nor should there should be a request a tip .
