First and foremost, I booked a pick-up from the Airport and a return trip from the hotel to the LaGuardia Airport. No one was there to pick us up, and when I called the company, they had no record of my appt, yet I received a confirmation when I booked that I had a screenshot of, an email, and a text msg. I was not informed about a $9.50 Toll that I had to pay when my husband and I were on our way to the Airport.
