I have been trying to get in touch with CarmelLimo regarding a very bad service we received from them. We had arranged to be picked up at a certain address, we waited there for over 20 minuets and when I contacted them enquiring where our transport was I was met by a very angry driver who was waiting at a different address. He started shouting at us and informed us that he would only take 2 bags even though there were 3 adults and had booked in a case each. He was shouting at us saying the only way he would take the 3rd case was if we gave him 10 dollars. He eventually put us into his car after a lot of shouting at us. I have sent 3 emails to CarmelLimo complaining about the terrible servive, but have got no reply from them. We also had to pay a toll of 9.50 dollars each way we didn’t get a choice about. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends and I certainly will not be using them again. I travel to New York on a regular basis and have booked transport and other services through your website several times and I was very disappointed to get such a very poor service this time. I would be grateful for a reply to my query.
