Why do the drivers never know where the international flights go from? Car smelt unpleasant inside. Tipping is customary for good service, which was not the case in this instance. Being told you haven't tipped enough is probably proof in itself.
On arrival we found it difficult to explain we had a pre paid voucher with a reference number. They were quite fast to pick us up and got us to the hotel comfortably. On return I asked the hotel reception to call for me. He had the same trouble I had to explain I had pre paid. Wouldn't do again
As paid customer, their instructions aren't enough, you must call at least 12 hours prior to your trip to confirm your reservation and give additional information. I followed their instructions, but when I landed I did not see my driver so I had to call. And it rang for at least 2-3 minutes! You have to call several times to speak to an actual person. I had to wait an hour 1/2 before I got picked up...my plane landed at 11:30pm, I did not get picked up until 1am! I thought buying these vouchers would give me a pleasant trip to NYC, but it didn't!!!! When you call, they don't seem to care about your business. I believe in customer satisfaction, and apparently they don't!!! My purchase was not worth the hassle.
