Was horrible. The worst experience ever!
1. I booked a ride for 4.30pm, driver came at 6.05pm, we called 9 times to ensure the right pick up place as our hotel street is closed.
2. Informed us to wait at 45th st, 6ave, at 4.30pm, but he waited at 45th st,5ave,and forced us to pay additional “waiting fee” or get out now. We are already 1.5 hours delayed!
3. Informed customer service to call us at +659173xxxx, but they called +1659173xxxx and blamed us that we didn’t answered the call
4. Customer service asked us to find the car number B014, but this is not indicated anywhere in the car. Driver said he isn’t asked to put it up. Therefore we spent more than 30mins around the 45th st, 6th ave & 45th st, 5th ave looking for the car.
5. Offered us water and later asked us to pay $4 for drinking the water if not he will not let us take out our baggage.
6. Send us at the wrong level of Terminal B, as he didn’t want to make a turn. He asked us to ask around for the right floor instead.
I would never ever recommend taking a ride from the driver. He was also cursing in the ride as the roads are blocked.
I would like to be compensated for the time spent waiting for the driver, that’s the least the company can do
