When I booked a pickup from my NY hotel to LaGuardia airport for my 5 pm flight, I received confirmation with a pickup time of between 12:00 am and 11:58 am. Never got another text nor message from Viator. A 12 hour pickup window? I’m supposed to stay up all night in the lobby waiting? I called the 800 number I found for clarification and spoke to the actual service provider, they could not recommend a pickup time (Really? They do this all the time but they are so afraid of being blamed they won’t help at all?) so I just picked my check out time. The car arrived on time, the ride to the airport uneventful, but the driver spoke very little English. I had read about the extra charge for the Toll (why that isn’t included in the cost so you can just pay once is beyond me?) so I was prepared to pay without being able to communicate well with the driver. Just hate booking with 3rd parties and want to warn others about what they are getting into.
