The graveyard was interesting although every tour group in Charleston goes to it so you’re going to have two or three other groups in there and it’s so well lit it’s really not scary. the only other interesting part of the tour was when he told the story about the haunted restaurant Poogies porch while we were actually standing at the restaurant; otherwise you’re just standing in the middle of different blocks not seeing anything and listening to boring stories. Also why does the guide waste a good 10 to 15 minutes in the beginning asking everybody where they’re from?? like anyone cares - we don’t. we will never see these people again in our lives get on with what we’re paying to see and hear, please. the tour is absolutely not worth $30. They should charge half the price and just take you into the graveyard and call it a night

JanB, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave the feedback of your tour. On the Ghost and Graveyard Tour, we at Bulldog have the exclusive privilege of taking our groups inside the gates of the oldest burial grounds in the city for stories and history of the Circular Church graveyard. No other company can enter. As far as asking people where they are from, it may not matter to you, but it does to us and others on tour. Charleston is ranked as the friendliest city in the nation for a reason. We enjoy hearing where people are from and making a personal connection to our guests. We will continue to extend our hospitality even if our guests do not. Thanks again!

Gordon was an amazing tour guide!! It wasn’t a jump scare tour (thank god) but Gordon still made it spooky and entertaining. Not too much walking which was nice and we were on our toes the whole time. Highly recommend!

This was SO fun! I live in Charleston and this was the best night with some friends. It was a great evening of storytelling and learning a lot about the people who make Charleston’s history so rich. The best part of this tour is GORDON!! He was the BEST tour guide. Funny, authentic, and so passionate about the work he does. He made our evening spectacular. Thank you Gordon!!
